The map of Upper Geyser Basin was originally published as USGS Miscellaneous Investigations Series Map I-1371 (Muffler and others, 1982); the digital data are from USGS Data Series 911 (Abedini and others, 2015). The map of Lower Geyser Basin was originally published as USGS Miscellaneous Investigations Series Map I-1373 (Muffler and others, 1982); the digital data are from the USGS Database for the Geologic Map of Lower Geyser Basin, Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming (Churchill and others, 2021).
