<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>This dataset contains all the road centerlines in the Greater Yellowstone Area (GYA). The data were created from the 1:100,000 Digital Line Graph (DLG) datasets from the USGS. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Data were minimally modified as necessary (e.g. clipped to spatial extent, desired features extracted, projected to a different coordinate system, attribute fields renamed and/or added, symbolized) by the Wyoming State Geological Survey (WSGS) in May, 2020 for simplified display on the interactive Geology of Yellowstone Map. Additionally, the North Entrance Road (U.S. Highway 89) line was edited in April, 2025 to reflect the road's realignment following the June, 2022 flooding along the Gardner River. The WSGS has not formally reviewed or quality-controlled these data; users are encouraged to consult the original data source.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
